His professional and international career began in the final year of his degree, when Joan Antoni decided to develop his final project in Mexico with a local construction company. At the end of the project he wanted to continue his professional adventure in the UK, travelling to the south of England in order to do an internship in an architecture studio: “Thanks to this experience I improved my language skills and achieved more direct contact with the sector and the professional market, so I decided to go a step further and start a Masters degree in London.”

His professional career took an important step forward a few months later when he applied for a position in a multinational company based in the British capital. Since 2014 he has been working as a consultant engineer, working on important projects in the United kingdom and internationally. His tasks include the design of HVAC systems, electrical systems and public health issues.

More recently, Antoni and his team won the Teambuild UK Construction award. For two days, future industry leaders conducted a series of tests taking into account the different stages of a building project in terms of concept, design, approach and construction process.

If anything is clear it is that with hard work Antoni has laid the foundations for a solid and bright future.
