Washington was witness to the power of the Valencian imagination at Tech Jam 2016, when two Valencian start ups presented their wares in March 2016.
The event was organised by the US government under the name Global City Teams Challenge, where cities such as Atlanta and Pittsburgh, or Seoul Nagano (Japan), Oporto or Genoa demonstrated initiatives to make city living better.
‘Smart City Card’, was the contribution of Pay-in, and consists of a multi-use smart card that allows citizens to satisfy a variety of transport and leisure needs, while the other start up, Prodevelop has developed a way of promoting a city’s events using Town Hall data.
