Valencian Football in New York New York
Football, or soccer if you want to avoid an argument, is becoming increasingly popular in the United States, and Valencia Football Club is doing its bit with the launching of an agreement between the club and Long Island University (New York State).
It is there that Valencia FC will open a football school for 400 children aged between 6 and 15, although there are already a thousand candidates.
After New York, the club has advanced plans to open a further football academy in Miami, Florida.
