Sericis; Silky Smooth Murviedro Wines

The Valencian wine maker Murviedro has been awarded first prize in the labelling pack section for design for its ‘Sericis’ range of bottles.

The prize included a Special Mention of the European Parliament at the OpenartAwards held in Naples, Italy.

The set of wines includes a white Merseguera, a red Monastrell and another red Bobal, and the name, which is Latin for ‘silky,’ was inspired by the silk fabrics woven in medieval Requena.
