It’s Never Too Late

80 year old Valencian Miguel Castillo went to in Verona, Italy in February 2018 not to see the sights, but to complete his degree course on an Erasmus grant.

This lively young student from the University of Valencia studies geography and history, and will be returning to the city where he attended a concert by Maria Callas 42 years before.

It was a heart attack that led Miguel the retired notary to shout Carpe Diem and to seize the day, encouraged by his three daughters and especially by his six grandchildren.
