DAM: Valencian Liquid Know-how

Amsterdam, Rotterdam; where there is water to be channeled there will inevitably be a dam and an occasional reservoir, with or without the dogs.

In Valenciadam, Dam is ‘Depuración de Aguas del Mediterráneo,’ a company formed in 1995 that is exporting Valencian liquid know-how to many countries, such as Columbia, Panama, Peru, Algeria and Rumania, and which has recently been adjudicated contracts in Sicily, at Syracuse and Solarino worth 16 million euros.

Thanks to these projects, DAM will provide total water services to 150,000 people in collaboration with its Italian partner SIAM.

In Spain DAM employs 950 people, mainly in Valencia and A Coruña.
