The most majestic creature in centuries-old oriental culture is the animal ruling over the Chinese New Year this coming February 10
The year of 2024 will be under the rule of the dragon, an animal that symbolizes power, energy, honor and good luck. According to tradition, the Year of the Dragon is believed to be a time of transformation, growth and abundance. Lladró artists have rendered this zodiac sign in a sculptural creation fusing contemporary design with the traditional colors of red and gold.
Lladró is also celebrating the Chinese New Year with an exclusive set comprising The Dragon and a scented candle with a dragon on the lid, both creations decorated with elegant golden motifs, as well as six decorative New Year envelopes.
Both the head of the dragon and the lid of the scented candle have been decorated especially for this set with an exquisite golden pattern. In addition to its decorative value, the candle comes with the “Gardens of Valencia” fragrance. This special set has been created in a limited edition of 288 units.
