VEGA INFANTE Brut nature Variety:

100% Macabeo Alcoholic strength: 11.50%

Tasting notes: Visual phase: Straw yellow with golden reflections. It is luminous and has a fine bubble, persistent and elegant.

Smelling phase: Intense fragrance, displays aromas of ripe white fruit on a background of pastry and mocha with subtle citrus notes.

Taste Phase: Creamy texture, broad and persistent on the palate. It has a balanced acidity with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.

Perfect to accompany salads, pasta, all kinds of meat and fish, Iberian ham, sweets … etc  Best drunk at 7 º.
