Vegalfaro’s CAVA BRUT NATURE RESERVA is a sparkling wine extracted from:Chardonnay and Macabeo grapes at their vineyard on the Casa Alfaro Estate just outside Requena.
The wine is40 months in the making and is sugar free with an alcohol content of 11.5%.
It has a bright, clean, straw-yellow colour with subtle green flashes and fine, intense bubbles that form beads and a mousse on the surface of the liquid.
On the nose there are citrus primary aromas revealing lemon, grapefruit and banana, a white flower bouquet of orange blossom and jasmine and fruit aromas of green apple and pear.
