Valencian Children’s Robots in Thailand

Three Young Valencian students, who met at a robotics academy called Droide Comunidad, have launched a crowdfunding initiative in order to be able to participate in the World Robot Olympiad, to be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand in November 2018, with the participation of 45,000 teams from 100 countries.

The challenge for Manuel, Marcos and Irene (aged 10, 11 and 12) will be to build a robot in 2 hours in order to resolve the problem of wasted food.

Under the name MIM Robots, they have launched their campaign on the Kukumiku.com site, with the hope of raising 10,500 euros.
