Tabarca: Hollywood’s Island

‘Fishbone’ is the name of a film whose shooting started on Tabarca island in September 2017, and which should hit the silver screen in 2018.

The film is being made between the island, just off the coast of Santa Pola, Alicante, and New York.

It is the story of Jan, a chef based in New York, who returns to her native Tabarca following the death of her father.

Alán Aliaga the director is also from Alicante, as are the actors Saida Benzal and Alejandro Tous, and most of the technical crew is Valencian too.

The film will be made in English, Spanish and Valencian.
