In American films, the waitress in the diner is always asking “how do you like your eggs?” pronounced “howdyerlikyereggs?” usually just before the shooting starts.
Now, thanks to the Valencian company Koroko, you can answer “garlic flavoured” or “truffled please”.
Koroko is the first company to produce flavoured eggs, and other options include blue cheese or ham.
As you would expect with a modern company, the hens are free range (and probably go to sleep listening to Chopin for all I know), the packaging is recycled and recyclable, and the production processes are environmentally friendly and chemical free.
Koroko eggs are available at the Corte Inglés, and this is probably the moment to deny the malicious rumour that the company is now considering creating egg-flavoured truffles, although they are planning to widen their range of flavours.
