Valencian Beach in World Top 50

A Valencian nudist beach has made it into the top 50 list for the world.

Cala de Ambolo (Ambolo Cove) squeezed in at number 47, competing with some of the world’s most exotic beaches such as Ireland’s Giant’s Causeway, the Elafonissi Beach of Crete, or the winner, Shipwreck Beach at Zakynthos.

Ambolo Cove is located near Javea in the province of Alicante, and scored 8 out of 10 for pure beauty and intactness, 9 for remoteness, 8 for the quality of its sand and water, while claiming an average annual temperature of 18.4 degrees.

The ranking is the idea of Flightnetwork.com and the winners were chosen by a jury of tourism writers and professionals.
