3rd Truffles Fair in Andilla

The truffle has long been one of the gastronomical delights of Spain, ever since the first dog, or pig, snuffled one out, putting their noses to good use for once.

In the Valencia Community, the village best known for this ‘black gold’ is Andilla, just past Villar de Arzobispo.

The Third Truffle Fair will take place on the 25/6th of January 2020 with an introductory session on 13th of January, after which a host of events based around this prized object of desire will be revealed for the weekend itself.

The First Truffle Fair took place there on the weekend of 20/21 January 2018.
