The giant Polish clothing chain Pepco has chosen Valencia as the launch pad for its Spanish expansión policy.
The company already has over 2,000 shops throughout Europe, and Spain is next on its shopping list.
In the next 5 years, from its HQ in Calle Pintor Sorolla, Valencia, the company plans to open 400 shops in Spain, starting in Castellón and Alicante in April 2021.
The company, which started life in 2004, focuses mainly on under 14s, and its product range, while principally clothing, also includes toys and other household accessories.
With shops in 13 countries, Pepco employs 20,000 people working in 2,000 shops serving 20 million customers a month.
