Coroko joins the vegetarian revolution with the new Moving Mountains® Burger
With this Coroko burger you can extend the offer for your vegetarian followers.
In Coroko they favour Conscious Gastronomy. Taking care of yourself is more than just eating healthy, it is following a responsible lifestyle.
Under the guidance of chef Manuel Alonso, the world of Coroko revolves around chicken and its many ways of preparation, which is why, in addition to roast chicken with a double roast, hamburgers have become one of the restaurant’s star products.
Sticking to its philosophy of “Conscious Gastronomy”, Coroko launches its first vegetarian burger, the Moving Mountains® Burger, which, as a result of a process of years of research is a burger with the consistency, texture and flavour similar to the traditional burger, but with more flavour and above all totally natural and healthy; moreover, it does not contain any type of hormones or antibiotics, like the chicken meat that Coroko chooses for the rest of its products.
The main ingredients are a base of coconut oil rich in antioxidants that provides consistency, beet juice for juiciness, vegetable proteins and mushrooms that give it a succulent texture similar to meat. Seasoned with appropriate herbs and spices plus vitamins B12 as additional nutrients.
Coroko’s Burger Moving Mountains® is served with roasted peppers and aubergine, pickled cucumber, lettuce and Cajun sauce. With this burger the restaurant expands the offer for its vegetarian followers.
Coroko restaurant in its year of life has not ceased to offer novelties such as the Handsbread Wings, the Carbonara Burger, Mediterranean Poké, the Corokrunch Salad or the Ramen, with which the chef Manuel Alonso surprises his customers month by month.
Coroko is located at Carrer de l’Hostal, 19, Gandia.
