Royo Doubles Efforts in Poland
Valencia’s top international manufacturer of bathroom accessories, Royo, is increasing its internationalisation with the building of a second Factory in Poland, increasing its production there by 40%.
This expansion means an investment of 7 million euros to create a plant of 8,500 square metres on a site of 50,000 square metres, creating 50 jobs in the region.
The new factory, which is due to open in June 2016, will serve the markets of Poland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Royo employs 650 workers, mostly at its main site in Quart de Poblet, where El Cid won his great victory in 1094.
The company also serves the American continent with a plant in Mexico.
90 countries use Royo’s wide range of bathroom products, a range that has been expanding constantly since the company’s founding in the 1970s.
