Valencian Wine Tourism

The Wine Tourism Federation of the Valencian Community launches the second edition of Enotoño, a set of wine tourism experiences that can be enjoyed throughout the territory of the Comunitat Valenciana. An event that is growing every year thanks to the creativity and effort of the companies associated with the Wine Routes for the promotion of wine tourism in the Comunitat Valenciana.


With this name, the Federation starts the II wine and food festival that takes place from last August until December of 2020. For this event, the Federation has coordinated with the Routes of the AUTUMN 2020:
THE FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY

  • More than 70 wine tourism activities to enjoy this autumn in the Comunitat Valenciana
    Harvesting, special menus, enopacks, a Wine Academy and a host of innovative proposals to bring you this autumn from Wine of Castellón, Utiel-Requena and Alicante.

    Thus, this autumn wine lovers will be able to learn all the secrets of the harvest in the Comunitat Valenciana and even carry out the traditional manual collection and treading of the grapes, and of course visit the estates and wineries and taste the wines of the area.
    For their part, those who wish to become amateur sommeliers can sign up for the Wine Academy at one of the participating wineries. In this innovative activity, after visiting the facilities and discovering all the phases of winemaking, participants will receive a brief tasting training from an oenologist in which they will taste four wine references and will be able to return home with a diploma.
    Among the oenopacks and weekend breaks, the visitor will be able to choose from numerous experiences that include guided tours, accommodation in unique establishments, wine tasting and paired menus, and which range from 30 to 200 euros.
    And finally, in addition to the paired menu options, there are also original proposals such as the “ScapeRoom” in wineries, or the visit to vineyards with a Mindfulness or meditation session among the vineyards and conscious tasting, pairing of cheese and wine, must tasting, yoga among others.
