Spain’s Signs of Gratitude for Health Professionals

• Grupo Industrias Saludes has launched the campaign “Una señal, un gesto” (A sign, a gesture) with which it wishes to thank the health-care community for its efforts against the coronavirus
• It will include indications on each sign, every kilometre of road marked and every playground it sets up with a donation for each one of them

The various new signs that will be installed in Spanish cities and roads from now on will become a gesture of tribute to the health sector for its efforts in the fight against the coronavirus thanks to a new campaign of solidarity.
The Industrias Saludes Group, a benchmark in signalling, road safety, mobility and urban equipment, has launched an initiative that will include a ‘Solidarity Sign’ and ‘Solidarity Park’ indication on every sign manufactured, for every kilometre of paint used to mark the roads and highways, and on every children’s playground it sets up.
In the words of the general director of Industrias Saludes, Pablo Villanueva, “in the face of the unprecedented health crisis that we are experiencing, from our group we want to be responsible and in solidarity with the group that is in the front line of the battle against COVID-19, the health professionals, and that this will encourage them to continue fighting”.

With this sign, visible on the back of each of the signs that Industrias Saludes puts on the market and on Children’s Parks installed from now until 31 December 2020, “we want to pay a humble but fair and necessary tribute to a group that is showing us a fighting spirit that must always be present, both in companies, to move forward and in society as a whole”, adds Pablo Villanueva.
In addition, Grupo Industrias Saludes will donate 1 euro for each sign installed, 1 euro for each kilometre of paint used on the roads and 200 euros for each park that it sets up from April 15 to December 31, 2020. The amount collected will be given to a solidarity action related to the whole health group that will be announced soon.
This solidarity action is not only for “all the management and human team of the companies of our group, but also for all the professionals, entities and administrations that trust our products and services”, assures Pablo Villanueva.
The group’s general manager wanted to clarify that “this donation will not mean any increase in our prices already established for this financial year, but we wanted to extend the campaign to our clients because only thanks to them can we carry it out and, furthermore, it has been very well received”.
In short, Grupo Industrias Saludes wants to show its gratitude and that of its customers to health professionals for their tireless fight against the coronavirus. “Soon we will be able to see this sign in the streets, which is a tribute to the whole group. For every sign, every kilometre and every playground, a gesture of solidarity and fairness to our heroes,” concludes Pablo Villanueva.
