The Valencian firm Novatec has been signed up by PSA Peugeot-Citröen as a first tier supplier for the factory it is going to build in Morocco.
The French automobile giant is investing 557 million euros in the project, which by 2019 should see production of 90,000 cars per year.
Novatec already has a plant operating in Tangiers supplying the Renault factory there.
The company, based in Naquera, also operates in Mexico.
