Hoya de Cadenas, the Reference of Valencian Cava

Valencia has been the pioneering region for Cava production outside Catalonia and perhaps the most successful in terms of both production and quality. In recent years Valencian cavas have been highly appreciated by consumers throughout Spain.
After 10 years, Hoya de Cadenas cavas have updated their image with new labels to create a more homogeneous identity in line with the rest of the wines of this brand. Hoya de Cadenas comprises a wide variety of five different cavas: Semi Dry, Brut, Brut Rosé, Brut Organic and Brut Nature.
To offer is happiness, it is success, it is looking to the future, it is getting excited, it is opportunity, it is joy, it is the people you love.

Bodegas Vicente Gandía has transferred all these values to its Hoya de Cadenas Brut Nature, its most outstanding reference. A Valencian cava of the 100% macabeo variety that is characterised by its bubbles and is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, smoked foods, oysters, fish, sushi or seafood.
Cava is made using the traditional or “Champenoise” method. After obtaining the base wine with a white variety, it is aged in the bottle for 10 months in the case of the Hoya de Cadenas. During this period the bottles remain in a horizontal position, called “in rhyme”, at a constant temperature of about 15ºC, in order to carry out a second fermentation by accumulating the yeasts in the neck of the bottle.
There must be something special about Vicente Gandía’s cava when it is increasingly in demand in different markets such as: Sweden, Japan, Holland or Belgium, which are the markets that consume most of its Hoya de Cadenas reference. Without a doubt, the winery is the ambassador of Valencian cava.
