Fran and Ridley

One of Britain’s greatest film directors, Ridley Scott, is a director who has a thing about Spain, having made various films here, such as 1492: Conquest of Paradise, Kingdom of Heaven, The Counselor and Exodus: Gods and Kings. More importantly, he made Thelma & Louise, an inspiration to anyone who loves to drive.

So it isn’t surprisingly that Scott has dug deep into the endless well of Spanish talent, and recently selected illustrator Fran Ferríz, from Villena in the province of Alicante as a collaborator.

Fran was contracted by Scott in London as Senior Concept Artist for a project as yet undisclosed. He trained at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Alcoy, and Coca Cola is among his impressive list of previous clients.
