A sample menu could start with Big prawns braised with oyster sauce, Mini tartar of salmon, Tomato bonbon with Iberian ham, and French oysters. As main courses the Chef would offer Warm king prawn salad, and Tournedó with jerky, chestnut garnish and yellow chanterelles. Finally, the chef would wrap-up with Red berries, mango and homemade yogurt with chocolate tears. Tempting, right? But it’s only one of many suggestions.

Another menu might be to start with Greek salad of feta cheese, Kalamata olives, citrus vinaigrette, followed by main course Stuffed capon with potatoes and vegetables garnish, with Brownie with red fruits coulis for dessert.
